Foreign companies, enterprises, other economic entities or individuals may set up wholly foreign-owned enterprise of incorporate themselves into joint ventures and cooperative enterprises with Chinese companies and enterprises.

After the proposal, contract and articles of association are examined and approved, the registration can be made by the administration for industry & commerce.
