Annual AIC Report

According to the requirements of the Administration for Industry and Commerce, any enterprise registered in Shanghai needs to complete the online report within the specified time limit, and those who fail to make the report within the specified time limit or have incorrect information will be listed in the abnormal list by the Administration for Industry and Commerce.

Time of annual AIC Report: January 1st to June 30th every year. The enterprise who fails to make the report within the time limit will be listed in the abnormal list by the Administration for Industry and Commerce according to Interim Regulations on Enterprise Information Disclosure.

Files and information needed for annual AIC Report:

1. Balance sheet and income statements of the year.
2. CA Certificate for Tax Return or Electronic Business License.
3. Articles Of Association of the enterprise.
4. Contact information and real office address.
